You may change your mailing address in a few different ways.

In person

Visit one of our conveniently located banking centers.

In online banking
  1. Log into online banking.
  2. Click your profile photo in the upper-right to open the settings menu.
  3. Select “Profile”.
  4. On the Settings page, under Address, select “Edit address”.
  5. Confirm your password.
  6. Enter your new address and select “Save”.
In mobile banking
  1. Log into the INTRUST Bank app.
  2. Tap your profile photo in the upper-right to open the Profile page.
  3. Select “Profile”.
  4. Under Address, select “Edit”.
  5. Enter your new address and select “Save”.

Please allow 1-2 business days for the update to become effective.
